General Rules & Terms of Use

a) Use of remote access services (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, peer-to-peer networking) is prohibited when connected to VPN.
b) Your computer must have the latest security patches applied. Anti-virus must be installed with updated definitions.
c) All access to VPN / HES / MDM are monitored and logged.
d) Unauthorized sharing of VPN / HES / MDM credentials will lead to serious consequences including termination.
e) This access is strictly personal and must not be shared with any other person.
f) Account types: Administrator (create, edit & delete meters/groups; run tasks) and Guest/Read only (view only).
g) All access to and through VPN are monitored and logged by EESL and L&T.
h) Incomplete forms without required details will be subject to rejection or delays in access approval.
